As part of The World's First Civilian Cybersecurity Force, Athena7 specializes in resistance hardening, IT security assessments, strategy and planning to ensure an organization's defenses are prepared to effectively resist and rapidly recover from a cyberattack.About This PositionWe are searching for a Project Manager II to join our Athena7 team. Reporting to the PMO Director, this PM will be responsible for managing multiple, simultaneous medium-to large-size IT projects for our clients. From kick-off through completion, this PM will define and manage scope, success criteria, project plans, risks, reporting, budgets, stakeholders and timeline.

This role is essential for delivering value and exceeding customer expectations while completing projects on time, on budget and within scope.This is a remote opportunity based within the UK.KeyResponsibilitiesManage medium and large-size technology implementation and hardening projects from kickoff through completionServe as the single point of accountability for cross-functional, client, and vendor coordination throughout the project lifecycleLeverage ServiceNow and other PM tools to create and maintain project artifacts, dashboards and reports (e.g., Charter, Communication Plan, RAID Log)Schedule and facilitate internal and client-facing meetingsDrive resolution of issues and dependencies across multiple workstreamsDrive project execution and hold workstream owners accountable for milestone deliveryClearly identify dependencies, risk or blockers and communicate or escalate them appropriatelyRecognize GDPR and other compliance-related dependencies affecting project scope or delivery, and loop in the appropriate legal/compliance stakeholders as neededMonitor and control risks, timeline, budget and quality to ensure customer satisfactionContribute process improvement input and solutioning ideas for internal PMO collaborationOther duties as required
