Do you live abroad, work remotely and love working with entrepreneurs on their business models? Do you bring energy to workshops, think quickly about new industries and enjoy turning good ideas into really strong offers? We are ZWW Germany.

We connect SMEs, agencies and consultants with government funding programs that hardly anyone knows about. Our team is growing and we are looking for someone who will accompany our customers in compact 1-hour workshops to further develop their business models - in German, at eye level, with a positive charisma and a real feel for people and markets. With us you conduct 30-40 workshops with entrepreneurs and consultants per month.

You quickly get your head around a wide range of business models, coach our customers through the further development of their offers and ensure that the end result is something that is really attractive on the market. Tasks You conduct 30-40 structured 1-hour workshops with entrepreneurs per month - online, attentive and to the point. You quickly get to grips with many different business models and industries and quickly recognize where the potential lies.

You will work with our customers to further develop their offers - with an eye on product-market fit: offers that customers really want. You coach entrepreneurs to think beyond their existing, often rigid offerings and to see new paths. You get to the heart of complex discussions and translate the results into a clear structure.

You ensure that every consultation has a cool, tangible result - clear goals, clear approach, clear added value. You will familiarize yourself deeply with our ZWW system and the

surrounding funded management consulting. German qualification at a very good level. You can explain complex issues clearly and formulate them precisely.

You have a positive, winning charisma and people enjoy working with you. You can actively lead workshops, bring energy into them and ensure that there is a concrete result at the end. You think quickly, work quickly and get to grips with new topics and business models quickly.

You understand business models, offers and markets - or concepts such as business model generation and value proposition design are no foreign words to you. You feel comfortable talking to entrepreneurs, can motivate, but also ask critical questions. Experience in coaching, moderation, consulting, innovation or offer development is a plus.

A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, innovation management or a similar field fits well with the role, but is not required.

You work directly with entrepreneurs, consultants and agencies from a wide range of industries. You get a clearly structured workshop process, but you have to think for yourself and take responsibility. You will get to know a huge range of business models and types of entrepreneurs in a short time.

You will work closely with our founding team and get direct contact with experienced entrepreneurs and serial founders. You can actively develop our methods, consulting products and internal standards. A lot of personal responsibility, short decision-making processes and space for personal development.
