Identify and research candidates across Europe and CISDevelop and maintain a detailed sourcing plan and progress report for each role.Create high-quality lists of profiles for assigned roles.Maintain and update candidate pipelines for roles assigned by the recruiters.Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positions.Work with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and understand role
