This is a customer-facing engineering role, ideal for someone who loves building and debugging systems with real-world impact. What You’ll DoBe the first point of contact for technically complex customer issuesOnboard, configure, and integrate Airspeed into customer systems (frequent direct collaboration)Debug and resolve customer-facing issues across integrations, APIs, data flows, and workflowsTransform repeated customer requests into scalable, reusable solutionsConfigure and customize customer instances for scalability across accountsTranslate customer challenges and feedback into actionable product insightsPartner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap with real usage dataEnhance product documentation based on customer interactions What We’re Looking ForProficient in writing production-quality code, scripts, and internal toolingExperience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines (e.g., CRMs, internal systems)Strong debugging skills across multiple systems and layersExperience working directly with users or customers“Builder with empathy” mindset - you care about solving the right problemsAbility to own problems end-to-end in an early-stage environment
