You will manage and develop a team of software engineers working across embedded C++, GUI, and firmware, set priorities and development plans, drive delivery from prototype to production release, and own the software architecture and technical direction. It is a people-first role with sustained hands-on technical involvement: you will lead design and code reviews and hold the bar for engineering quality across the team's output.At CoMind, all team members work at least 4 days per week in the office, plus a flexible work-from-home day.
