What We are Looking For
To be an effective estimator, one should have a solid understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as experience in cost estimating and project management. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is often preferred, along with experience in the construction industry. Additionally, proficiency in cost estimating software and strong communication skills are also important for this role.Experience in tendering projects from a value of $5M to $20m plus is a key requirement for this role.
