We are looking for an experienced event manager who will build up our events department and be responsible for events for creators, influencers and brand ambassadors from the initial idea to implementation.

You develop suitable event formats, coordinate all partners involved and ensure that our events are professionally planned and implemented. Your tasks You will develop suitable event formats and plan events from the idea to implementation. You control locations, service providers, catering, technology, guest management and all organizational processes.

You plan and monitor budgets, obtain offers and negotiate conditions. You coordinate everyone involved and ensure that schedules, agreements and deadlines are adhered to. You are on site at our events and are responsible for ensuring that everything runs professionally and smoothly.

You build a reliable network of locations, service providers and event partners. You evaluate events together with the internal teams involved and further develop our event formats. Your profile You have several years of professional experience in event management or in an event agency and have already planned and implemented events independently.

You work in a structured manner, plan ahead and maintain an overview even when many people involved and processes have to be coordinated at the same time.

At the same time, you have a good sense of how an event should fit Nature Heart - from the choice of location to the atmosphere and the experience for our guests. How we work The position is basically 100% remote. You are on site at our events.

Depending on the event, trips lasting several days may be necessary. Nature Heart will cover the travel and accommodation costs incurred.
