Responsibilities: Support Unified Communications (Cisco CUCM/CME, SIP) across the UK, Ireland, and US.Own complex routing and switching environments (EIGRP, BGP, QoS, L2/L3).Design, install, operate and support enterprise WAN, LAN, and Voice infrastructures.Lead troubleshooting, upgrades, cutovers, and infrastructure improvements.Deliver secure network services including firewalls, VPNs, and OT/Process Control security (FortiGate).Produce high quality documentation, designs, and diagrams (Visio).Manage data connectivity (MPLS, broadband, LTE) and WAN optimisation.Support Wi-Fi environments (Aruba & Cisco).Perform advanced packet and traffic analysis (NetScout, Wireshark).Automate and manage configurations using scripts, HP Network Automation, SolarWinds NCM.Provide excellent customer service and technical leadership across all levels of the business.Participate in an on-call Rota (24x7, approx. 3 weeks per year).
