Project manager, communication assistant for video agency

We are a growing video editing and production agency and are currently looking for support in the form of a working student in the area of ​​project management & customer communication. You will work on ongoing video projects for agencies, companies and influencers and will primarily be responsible for the interface between our customers and our editing team. The scope is around 10-15 hours per week, flexible and more if necessary.

The position is 100% remote. Qualifications

You communicate clearly, reliably and in a friendly manner You work independently and also keep an eye on several projects at the same time You are organized and have no problem taking responsibility Experience in project management or customer communication is helpful, but absolutely not necessary Experience in video editing or a good understanding of cutting is very, very helpful This allows you to assess feedback and processes much better You don't have to edit yourself, but ideally you should understand how an editing process works
