Qualifications
Proven product instinct and speed: You deliver things that work and make pragmatic trade-offs. AI-native work in everyday life (Claude, Cursor) as a real workflow, not as a demo. Practical experience with LLM orchestration (function calling, agents, evaluation).
You traced LLM behavior in production and found a real bug. You can explain when a deterministic pipeline is a better choice than an agent. The willingness to take responsibility for the deployment of your own work.
