Safety, Health at Work and Environment (HSE) - Lead and actively participate in the identification of hazards, risk assessment and control, as well as in the identification of significant environmental aspects and impacts of the SDGs. - Ensure the implementation of control measures to minimize occupational risks and environmental impacts, in accordance with established methodologies and procedures. - Carry out periodic inspections regarding safety, occupational health and the environment, and participate in internal and external audits of the HSE system. - Control and support the correct management of waste generated in project operations. - Require and verify compliance with safe working conditions to protect the health of workers, and care for the environment and the client's assets. - Stop or restrict activities that do not comply with minimum safety conditions or that represent significant risks to people or the environment. - Apply and ensure the correct execution of the ODS Emergency Response Plan. 3. Legal Compliance and Reporting - Timely report to the supervisor, or immediate supervisors, any deviation, unsafe condition or situation that may affect health, safety or the environment. - Report work accidents to the immediate supervisor or supervisors, in accordance with the process defined by the client, and participate in investigations of accidents, incidents and work-related illnesses. - Actively promote the culture of reporting unsafe acts and conditions among project personnel. - Compile, consolidate and keep project security information available for the
