Your Responsibilities

will be: 1. Administrative and HSE System Management - Execute the HSE Work Plan of the assigned service orders (ODS) project. - Promote the correct understanding and application of the HSE Policy in each SDG. - Efficiently manage the resources defined for the ODS HSE operation. - Prepare and deliver daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual ODS HSE management reports, as applicable. - Manage, update and monitor the documentation, formats and procedures required for the implementation and maintenance of the HSE Management System. - Prepare and keep the ODS HSE Dossier updated. - Distribute operational and administrative security material to the current SDGs. - Manage and support the processing of work permits when the ODS conditions require it, in accordance with the client's methodology. - Process staff requests related to HSE aspects. - Propose opportunities for continuous improvement to the HSE Management System. 2.

Safety, Health at Work and Environment (HSE) - Lead and actively participate in the identification of hazards, risk assessment and control, as well as in the identification of significant environmental aspects and impacts of the SDGs. - Ensure the implementation of control measures to minimize occupational risks and environmental impacts, in accordance with established methodologies and procedures. - Carry out periodic inspections regarding safety, occupational health and the environment, and participate in internal and external audits of the HSE system. - Control and support the correct management of waste generated in project operations. - Require and verify compliance with safe working conditions to protect the health of workers, and care for the environment and the client's assets. - Stop or restrict activities that do not comply with minimum safety conditions or that represent significant risks to people or the environment. - Apply and ensure the correct execution of the ODS Emergency Response Plan. 3. Legal Compliance and Reporting - Timely report to the supervisor, or immediate supervisors, any deviation, unsafe condition or situation that may affect health, safety or the environment. - Report work accidents to the immediate supervisor or supervisors, in accordance with the process defined by the client, and participate in investigations of accidents, incidents and work-related illnesses. - Actively promote the culture of reporting unsafe acts and conditions among project personnel. - Compile, consolidate and keep project security information available for the

of senior management and control entities. 4. HSE Training and Culture - Request and execute the HSE training and training programmed in the ODS. - Implement training and reinforcement spaces on HSE issues aimed at staff. - Actively participate in meetings of the Workplace Health and Safety Committee and in periodic HSE meetings. - Promote self-care, preventive behavior and a proactive attitude towards occupational and environmental risks.

Authority and Accountability - Responsibility for the correct implementation and monitoring of the project's HSE Management System. - Delivery of HSE reports in accordance with the defined periodicity and the guidelines established in reviews and management meetings. For this position, you will need: Education - University professional, Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's degree. - Other university majors are accepted as long as they meet the required specialization and license. - Specialization in Occupational Health and Safety or Occupational Risks, with a valid Occupational Health and Safety License (LSST). - Availability to travel Training and Training - Work at height coordinator course - Induction into the guidelines of the HSE Comprehensive Management System. - Training in the HSE Training Matrix. - Work experience in Safety, Health at Work and the Environment (HSE) at Ecopetrol.

Experience - Specific experience in the position: minimum 3 years. - Professional experience in environmental management: minimum 1 year. Preferred
