• Conduct initial candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone - Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters - Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM systems - Assist with candidate pipeline management and follow-up - Learn recruiting best practices, Boolean search techniques, and AI sourcing strategies - Support recruiters on multiple technology recruiting projects

Qualifications
