We're an ambitious team of 100+ working at the frontier of AI and have raised $60M in Series C funding from Wellington Management, CRV, Next47 and Y Combinator. The roleWe're looking for an outstanding experienced engineer to push our platform to the next level of performance and reliability. You'll join us at a crucial stage of accelerated development for the company, product, and team.

As part of a small, highly collaborative group, you'll be a key driver of vital projects - operating with a high degree of autonomy, building and extending multiple foundational systems, and crafting performant, reliable, and maintainable solutions to challenging technical and product problems. What you'll doBuild and extend foundational systems across the full stack, from backend services to frontend interfacesTake end-to-end ownership of projects, from product and architectural decisions through to deployment, monitoring, and measuring user impactWork autonomously to drive projects forward while collaborating closely with a lean, high-trust team on challenging problemsTackle complex domains at massive scale using simple, well-crafted solutionsTake initiative, be proactive in problem-solving, and continuously seek improvements across the codebase and product Who we're looking forYou've seen and built a lot. Requirements
