Your location is remote within Germany, we support flexible working time models. Tasks Funded education: You have knowledge of the subsidized education market (SGB II, SGB III, education voucher, AZAV) and enjoy designing retraining courses that lead learners into the future. Develop product portfolio: You contribute to setting up the retraining portfolio in a modern way.

Ideally, you have a good understanding of didactic concepts and modern learning formats. Manage product development: You are interested in IT topics, especially in the area of ​​IT specialist retraining and related educational products. Meet certification

Requirements

: You have responsibility for certifications, including the definition and further development of concepts, curricula and materials. Maintain and manage interfaces: You work with many interfaces to design products digitally and offline and have many years of experience in the development, further development and control of educational products. You have also already worked in project structures.

Hold product training: You prepare training courses and explain the background to the product and the product features to salespeople. Further knowledge: You are more confident in using MS Office; Knowledge of SharePoint, as well as Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, Moodle as well as internal administration and management systems such as TC-Manager. AI knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

Professional background: You have a degree in educational management, pedagogy, IT software development or relevant professional experience in the funded educational sector, specifically in retraining. Expertise: You have experience in product management and are interested in software development and system administration and related areas. Methodology: You have a strong interest in organization, interface work and conceptual work.

Personal skills: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. You are also characterized by strong communication skills and a confident demeanor towards different stakeholders. You have organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.

A strong analytical and conceptual way of thinking is helpful. You are characterized by assertiveness and at the same time a high level of team and cooperation orientation. You have a high level of customer and participant orientation.

You also have a passion for innovation and an openness to change, show initiative, a sense of responsibility and have a hands-on mentality. Resilience and resilience in a dynamic environment are an advantage. A good set of conflict strategies is helpful, as is the ability to bring different interests together constructively.

Diplomatic skills and facilitation skills in challenging coordination processes are an advantage. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German, which enables you to communicate effectively.
