About the Role

</h3> Based remotely and reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Global Logistics, the Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement will play a critical leadership role in driving cost savings, service improvement, and operational excellence across SharkNinja's Operations organization. This individual will own the visibility, governance, and execution of initiatives that reduce cost, improve service, and unlock scalable efficiency across the business. This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Planning, and other key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact opportunities across the Operations expense base.

The Senior Manager will own the Operations Efficiency project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, delivered on time, financially validated, and incorporated into forecast updates in partnership with Finance.
