Customer Service Apprenticeship - Northallerton

You will be responsible for: Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by exceeding our customers' expectations Work to deliver the Company Mission of rescuing shoppers from poor customer service Be fast, polite and efficient in my duties Support my colleagues with cover for sickness and holidays Ensure accuracy with all till and cash operations Be aware of what is happening on the forecourt and in the store, especially potential shoplifters and drive offs. Arrive at work in plenty of time to start my shift and serve our customers in full uniform and well presented.
