Roles and Responsibilities: Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging physical activity sessions for children aged 4-11 Ensure the safety, wellbeing and active participation of all children Adapt activities to suit different abilities, needs and behaviours Support children who require additional help to take part Promote positive behaviour and create an encouraging environment Communicate effectively with children, parents and school staff Follow safeguarding, child protection, health and safety policies Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality and positive role modelling Complete apprenticeship training and apply learning in practice
