What We're Looking For

you for. Tasks You manage customer and internal projects from planning to go-live: onboarding new golf courses, conversion and migration projects, supporting major customers and associations. You also lead internal projects, for example around our ERP implementation and our knowledge repository.

You keep an eye on appointments, dependencies and everyone involved and communicate clearly in both directions, to the club and to the team. You are the face of your projects, the person with whom customers and colleagues feel in good hands. You work with AI support: We specifically bring AI into everyday life so that your energy flows into people and decisions instead of hard work.

You don't work alone: ​​you end up in a well-coordinated team of around [XX] colleagues. Support, development, sales and management are close, the distances are short.

Qualifications

Two to four years of experience in project management or project management, preferably in a software or IT environment, with several projects that you have demonstrably brought to their goal. Completed training or studies, preferably with an IT connection, or a comparable qualification. You are structured and can keep track of multiple projects at the same time.

Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a high level of customer focus. Customer proximity is not a buzzword for you. You organize yourself independently and reliably in the remote setup.

You are AI-savvy and curious about how modern tools make your work better. Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English, other languages ​​are a plus. A project management certification (e.g.
