Qualifications
Must-Have Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali. Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English. 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening. Preferred Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition. Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
Broad familiarity with contemporary Bengali genres, sub-genres, and artists.
