For an exciting customer service project for one of Germany's largest record labels, we are looking for motivated employees (m/f/d) in permanent positions to support our customer service team.

You support customers regarding orders, products and services - by phone and email. You will work 100% remotely from Germany and become part of an international project in the music industry. Tasks Processing customer inquiries relating to orders, products and services Communication with customers by telephone and email Professional and solution-oriented support for customers Careful documentation of concerns in the intended systems, e.g.

B. Zendesk Collaboration with team management and project management Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

You live in Germany You have an affinity for music and are enthusiastic about well-known national and international music brands and artists You have very good written and spoken German Knowledge of English is an advantage Ideally, you already have experience in customer service/contact centers, e.g. B. in telephony, email processing or chat You work reliably, structured and independently Punctuality, the ability to work in a team and a high level of service orientation are a given for you You are confident in using digital tools and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems For working from home you have a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment
