Cutter / Video Editor

Create a Vision is a content production and social media agency from Cologne. We produce short videos for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts. Our customers receive finished content packages from us: from script to shooting to the final cut.

Tasks You will be responsible for editing our short videos based on raw material from our shoots. This involves: Editing social media videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts format, vertical) Clean editing with a focus on hook, pace and storytelling Effects, subtitles, color correction and fine-tuning in DaVinci Resolve Close coordination with us on style, tone and customer

Requirements

Qualifications

You have initial to solid experience in video editing and work confidently with DaVinci Resolve. You have a feel for storytelling, timing and social media formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and ideally already have your own skills. We would be happy to show you our workflow and teach you further tricks.

You work reliably and independently, meet deadlines and are open to feedback in close coordination with us.
