Working student

<p>We are looking for a working student for medical documentation / tumor documentation (m/f/d) who will help us fulfill our mission: to improve and extend people's lives by learning from the experiences of every single cancer patient. We work in multidisciplinary teams with experts in oncology, data science, software, epidemiology, product and many more. Flatiron Health is an independent subsidiary of the Roche Group.</p> <p>The work is 100% remote and can be carried out flexibly from home in Germany - whether you prefer to work early in the morning, afternoon or evening, we would like to support you in finding the working hours that suit you so that the work can be easily combined with your studies. Depending on your individual study situation, working hours can be flexibly arranged up to 20 or 25 hours per week.</p> <p><strong>Your tasks</strong></p> <ul> <li>You document unstructured oncological patient data from clinical hospital and doctor's practice systems in our specially developed software system, including the complex recording, storage and review of clinical diagnosis, treatment and follow-up data</li> <li>You contribute and expand your oncological specialist knowledge this continuously in order to enable detailed and complete documentation in a variety of clinical projects</li> <li>You give direct feedback on new functions, tools and workflows and thus contribute to the further development and quality assurance of our software solutions</li> <li>You support us in constantly developing written work instructions for correct and uniform documentation</li> <li>You evaluate approaches to documenting new data elements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Yours Profile</strong></p> <p>You are a committed, cooperative and goal-oriented personality who enjoys developing solutions and is open to new perspectives.

You also bring with you:</p> <ul> <li>Enrollment at a medical faculty in Germany</li> <li>Completed pre-clinical medical studies</li> <li>Excellent interest in cancer diseases and in working with oncological patient data</li> <li>Previous oncological experience, e.g. as part of internships, internships and other clinical activities</li> <li>Desirable basic knowledge of histology, Classification systems (TNM, ect) and therapy of oncological diseases</li> <li>Ideally previous experience in dealing with tumor documentation systems (TDS), databases and software for cancer registration</li> <li>Basic IT knowledge (ideally Mac OS) and openness to new software solutions</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, ability to integrate as well as a high degree of initiative and independence</li> <li>German in German Native language level and good English skills</li></ul>Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
