Team leader annual financial statements / tax consultant (m/f/d) Location: Dresden | Full or part time | PermanentFor our client, a medium-sized tax consulting and auditing company with locations in Dresden, Chemnitz and Munich, we are looking for a team leader for annual financial statements / tax consultant (m/f/d) in Dresden as soon as possible. As part of an interdisciplinary advisory group, the company supports companies, business families and private individuals in tax, business management and audit-related issues. The position combines professional responsibility in the preparation of annual financial statements with the management and development of your own team, thus offering experienced tax consultants the opportunity to take the next career step towards leadership.

Your tasks Team management: Technical and organizational responsibility for a sub-team of around 10 employees within a team of around 40 people - with the aim of ensuring professional cooperation and efficient processes Annual financial statements & tax returns: Referencing and professional assessment of annual financial statements and company tax returns for clients with different legal formsProfessional responsibility: Classification of complex commercial and tax law issues as well as support for technical statements and demanding questionsQuality assurance: Ensuring uniform professional quality standards within the team and continuous development of existing processesEmployee development: Professional support, support and further development of employees - imparting knowledge, giving feedback and supporting individual development in a targeted mannerLeadership responsibility: Active participation in the collaboration in the area of annual financial statements and taking on a central interface function between employees and higher-level managementYour profileProfessional

Qualifications

: Successfully passed tax advisor exam as a basis for professional responsibility within the teamProfessional experience: Several years of professional experience in tax consulting with well-founded practice in annual financial statements, company tax returns as well as commercial and tax law issuesLeadership skills: First experience in the professional or disciplinary management of employees - alternatively the clear motivation to specifically develop into a leadership roleProfessional security: Well-founded Knowledge of commercial and tax law as well as the ability to confidently assess complex issues and communicate them understandably within the team.
