We are now looking for an IT support employee (m/f/d) for our team on a mini-job basis with a focus on remote maintenance. Tasks Remote maintenance of our photo booths and the PCs installed in them Carrying out software and system updates Installing and updating software and patches Checking the systems after updates have been carried out Supporting the elimination of technical problems Documenting the work carried out Coordinating with our technical team in case of technical questions and problems

Qualifications

You are a registered student (m/f/d), ideally in computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study You have a good technical understanding and interest in IT You have good knowledge of how to use IT Windows systems Ideally, you already have initial experience with remote support tools, especially TeamViewer Knowledge of dealing with older Windows systems is an advantage You work independently, carefully and solution-oriented Good knowledge of German is required
