Senior Paid Social Manager (m/w/d)

Campaign management tasks: You plan, build and control paid social campaigns across all levers - creative, bidding, budget and automation - with six-figure budgets. Full-funnel strategy: You build the architecture, not just the campaigns. You think about the funnel from top to bottom and allocate budgets to where they have the greatest effect.

Attribution & Incrementality: You work with our tools as a cross-channel attribution layer, understand the difference between ROAS and POAS - and make budget decisions accordingly. Data & Analytics: You analyze performance data and derive concrete recommendations for action from it. Testing & Scaling: You are responsible for A/B testing and scaling strategies to measurably improve creatives.

Creative sparring: You give data-based feedback to our creative strategist - what is performing, what isn't, and why. You will brief design and content teams as well as external agencies. Tracking & data quality: You take responsibility for our tracking setup (Pixel, CAPI, GA4), the product feeds and the quality assurance of the data.

Qualification Must-have: At least 5-6 years of experience in paid social, primarily with meta ads You love numbers and have an analytical, structured way of thinking You enjoy data-driven work and continuous optimization You have strong communication skills and are a real team player You speak fluent German and good English Nice-to-have: Understanding of direct response marketing Experience with tracking and attribution tools (e.g. GA4, Admetrics) Desire to use your Further expanding paid social skills with us
