We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Deployment Lead to join our team and help lead the successful onboarding of new customers onto Rillet.This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who is excited to work directly with customers and help finance teams modernize how they operate. You may come from Big 4 audit, accounting advisory, finance transformation, or an operational accounting role at a high-growth technology company. You do not need to have formally led ERP implementations before, but you do need to be systems-minded, highly organized, customer-oriented, and eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.We’re primarily looking for teammates who are based near our New York City or San Francisco offices, or open to relocating.
For this role, we’re also open to remote candidates based anywhere in the United States. Our hybrid schedule brings office-based team members together in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day each week.
