What We're Looking For
3+ years building full-stack applications with Python backends and React frontends in production environments. Practical production experience building and deploying LLM-based agentic systems or AI agents. Strong proficiency with Python backend frameworks: FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy.
Production experience with TypeScript and React for building user interfaces. Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as PydanticAI, Google ADK, or LangGraph, and prompt engineering. Demonstrated ability to architect and ship features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure independently.
Comfort shipping rapidly using AI coding assistants (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, Gemini) to boost development velocity. Experience designing systems with high reliability, security, and data integrity
Requirements
. Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management for production applications. Nice to have: LLM observability/evaluation tooling, ERP or enterprise supply chain integrations, document extraction or unstructured data processing, and fluency in German.
