Accounting Technician (High level French and/or English)

As an Accounting Technician, your main mission will be to carry out the accounting of Iberia's work centers, in accordance with the principles of reliability, accuracy and transparency set by the company, with the aim of respecting the accounting and tax regulations in force in Portugal and Spain.

Your Responsibilities

BE? - The main functions of the position are focused on accounting for suppliers, clients and bank reconciliations. - Record the billing issued and received from its perimeter, guaranteeing correct imputation, according to the General Accounting Plan, and respecting the analytical imputation established by the company, with the aim of ensuring the correct preparation of the Exploitation account. - Manage the monthly operating account of its perimeter, recording accounting entries and provisioning for expenses, to guarantee the reliability and transparency of the account. - Prepare and transmit the established monthly reports to the assigned stores with the objective of informing the stores of their accounting status at all times. - Carry out the financing process of the stores, controlling the correct allocation of figure, margin, bank charges, as well as their deposit into the bank account. - Review the order and quality of accounting documents provided by KIABI employees to ensure compliance with validation standards. - Provide service and resolve accounting incidents to the assigned stores with the aim of solving the problems that arise. - Perform bank reconciliations and cash control of assigned stores. - Carry out a correct and adequate file of accounting documents to comply with current and internal regulations of the company. - Support external and internal audits. - Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position, preferably in multinationals, consulting companies. - FP/Bachelor's degree/Degree in Accounting and Finance, ADE or similar - High level French, level test will be taken.
