Digital Implementation Specialist - Pensions Home BasedWe are looking for a Digital Implementation Specialist that comes from a pensions or financial services background to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity as we launch new digital pensions products for 3 of our public sector clients. As the Digital Implementation Specialist, you will help design, deliver, and manage a new suite of digital experiences.
You will work with the Pensions Digital Product Leads to deliver the digital strategy as part of the team focussed on achieving challenging outcome targets and building digital assets for our client and key internal stakeholders.The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of content management (using Microsoft Dynamics) across systems, web pages, video and microsites and will partner closely with the client to understand their digital needs and support the Digital Product Leads in prioritising these needs to inform the client roadmap.Job title:Digital Implementation SpecialistJob Description:What you will do:Use the Microsoft Dynamics system and other CMS products to deliver website changes and updates for public sector clientsManage relationships between teams, partners, and customersWork with project teams and key stakeholders to develop and deliver web content solutions within project timeframes and objectivesUnder take the management of web content and systemsWork closely with IT to understand technical constraints in journeys and help adjust the journey appropriately. Drafting new/amended products or services as neededWork closely with the Digital Implementation Manager, wider engagement team and the pensions business to use insightful reportingCollaborate with research leads to conduct website usability testing to review site performanceAssisting in key digital initiativesRaising awareness and assisting in driving online traffic, visitor conversion and brand awarenessAnalysing, monitoring and reporting of client websiteExtracting and manipulating data for use in segmented campaignsOptimising key pages within the site for SEOAssist the delivery of the web content planResponsible for the delivery of some monthly client reporting
What We are Looking For
