Qualifications

: - Fluency in English and HMONG - Minimum 6 months of interpretation experience preferred but not required. - Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy. - Render correct concepts and meanings according to the conventions of established interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions. - Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with permission or at the request of the client. - Technical
