Freelancer in accounting / tax clerk (m/f/d) in e-commerce - 100% remote - from home

Current customer: Lyto Brands Group, an innovative D2C e-commerce company with several successful brands (famwalls, heybalu, Bo & Birdie), is looking for an experienced accountant to support internal accounting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities Review, assign and record vendor invoices and transactions; research and provide missing documents, carry out clearing, split bookings and account reconciliation as well as reconcile bank/payment transactions. Correctly periodize bookings according to the service date; Check and record sales and input tax depending on the country; Prepare UStVA, check wages, KK contributions, AAG and EEG; for France, prepare data from Shopify/Pathway Prepare documents completely and on time for tax advisors by the 5th of the following month

Qualifications

Several years of experience in accounting with large volumes (400-800+ invoices/transactions per month); Secure knowledge of clearing, split bookings and account reconciliation Deep understanding of sales/input tax and periodic allocation (DACH region) Confident in Excel; Basic knowledge of cloud tools and digital processes Reliability, care and deadline awareness; Structured work and interface management Ability to write invoices including residence in the EU (GDPR) Fluent in German & English Ideally: ADDISON experience, e-commerce/Shopify/payment provider knowledge, tax advisor interface experience Workload approx. 20 hours per week Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
