IT Service Desk Analyst

Salary: £24,000 - 28,000 per year

Requirements

: Strong IT knowledge, ideally with experience in a professional services environmentFamiliarity with Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Group Policy, and Windows OSExposure to telephony systems and AV support (e.g. Avaya, video conferencing tools)Confident diagnosing technical issues at 1st line levelCertifications or experience with ITIL, Azure Fundamentals, Intune, and Windows Server are a plusHighly organised, proactive, and detail-orientedStrong teamwork ethic, self-motivated, and eager to learnExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset Responsibilities: Provide first and second-line support for IT applications and hardwareTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessaryAssist with software installations, upgrades, and system maintenanceHandle user queries via Teams, email, telephone, and face-to-face contactAccurately assess the urgency and impact of incoming issuesMaintain clear, consistent communication with users throughout the resolution processSupport mobile device administration using tools such as IntuneUse remote management tools like ControlUp for laptop supportHelp identify recurring issues and contribute to longer-term IT solutionsAdhere to established procedures, including escalation protocols and asset handling Technologies: Active DirectoryAzureHardwareSupportITILMobileOffice 365WindowsCloud More: We are a market-leading, award-winning professional services organization based in Central Bristol, offering a hybrid work environment with 2-3 days onsite each week.
