About Edged Data Centers Edged is a fast-growing provider of sustainable data centers and energy infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:Develop and Evolve Business Process ArchitectureDesign & maintain business process architecture to optimize abilities of people and systemsMaintain a holistic view of the firm’s processes and incorporate effective change management principles to align business strategy with operational execution across the data center lifecycle (e.g. development, leasing, operations, etc.)Map key business capabilities & functions, identifying areas for integration, optimization, and innovationProcess Design & OptimizationLead the development of complex cross-functional processes that span departments such as real estate, construction, sales, legal, finance, and operationsCollaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce manual interventions, and enable automation where possiblePrioritization of Functional Focus AreasIdentify and prioritize key functional domains based on business value, risk, and readinessCreate and maintain a roadmap for enterprise-wide process and capability enhancementsChange ManagementChampion organizational change by articulating the value of new business processes, capabilities, and technology enablersDevelop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new processes, systems, and rolesTechnology Alignment & CollaborationPartner with IT development and architecture teams to ensure business

Qualifications
:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred8+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or strategic operations within complex organizationsExperience in the data center industry or broader critical infrastructure sectors preferredProven ability to drive change and influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityStrong background in process mapping, process maturity models, and business transformationExperience collaborating with IT to select, architect and implement technical solutionsDeep understanding of the development, design and interconnected nature of cross functional business processes in a high-growth, matrixed environmentStrong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and business capability modelingFamiliarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and organizational change best practicesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsExperience with ERP, CRM, and Construction Management platformsSpecific Skills / AbilitiesExpertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)Familiarity with change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.)Proficiency with process mapping tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting platforms (Power BI or similar is a plus)Skilled in developing strategies and roadmaps for process optimization and automationAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, in a fast-paced environment, across geographically distributed teamsSkilled in bringing large, cross-functional teams to consensus in alignment with strategic objectivesStrong sense of ownership and ability to drive initiativesExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent time-management and team delegation and leadership skills.High proficiency, executive-level, written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEEO Statement:Edged is an equal opportunities employer.
