Developer with AI focus (m/f/d)

is the software with which homeowners' associations manage their own administration: accounting, house payments, annual accounts, meetings and an AI assistant that takes over the routine work. The market is around two million WEGs in Germany, and we are the small team from Hamburg that is cleaning it up. We ship what you build every week and real owners often use it on the same day.

Tasks - You develop features across the entire stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, plus LLMs in production (receipt extraction, chat assistant with almost 200 tools). - You work with AI tools every day, from coding agents to extraction pipelines, and learn to be truly productive with them. - You take responsibility for your topics, from the first draft to release. - You work directly with the founders, decisions are made in discussions, not in the committee.

Qualifications

• You naturally use AI tools and want to find out how far you can get with them. - You have basic knowledge of TypeScript or a modern web stack. We don't care where it comes from: studies, training, your own projects, everything counts. A degree is not a requirement. - You think quickly about new topics and work carefully, especially because we are dealing with real money from real people. - You speak German fluently, our product and our customers are German-speaking.
