Senior Performance Lead - Consumer

As our next Senior Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our paid acquisition channels, with a particular focus on PPC and app growth. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded marketer who’s ready to shape how Checkatrade wins in a world of AI-driven search, dynamic pricing, and always-on discovery.Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:Delivering channel strategies that grow acquisition, retention and revenue across web and app.Spotting new ways to win, from smart bidding and feed optimisation to emerging AI-led formats.Collaborating with product, analytics and commercial teams to align performance with business goals.Making sure every campaign is measurable, optimised, and future-readyIt’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on.

You’ll do well here if you bring:Experience (or eagerness to learn) in high-scale performance marketing, ideally across web and app.A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.Strong communication skills and a curiosity to solve problems.Confidence with SA360, Performance Max, and AI-led optimisation, or the drive to master them fast.We believe great work deserves great rewards.
