Target Earning Example (100 Agents):To give you an idea of the scale, the minimum monthly salary for a single agent completing full 8-hour shifts is$844. - If you reach the target of100 active agents, the minimum gross invoice generated is$84,400. - At a 1% commission rate, your minimum bonus would be$844. - Total Expected Minimum Salary at Target:$1,044 / month(plus further upside as the total gross invoice increases above the minimum).
