In connection with active development, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer who will help improve the user experience, build scalable design solutions and develop a product approach within the team.
Main responsibilities: Designing UX/UI solutions for web and mobile products (CRM / SaaS). Development of user flows, structure and logic of interfaces. Creation of wireframes, interactive prototypes and final design layouts in Figma.

Requirements
: From 3 years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer. Experience with complex web/mobile products, CRM or SaaS systems will be a big advantage. Availability of an up-to-date portfolio with cases demonstrating UX thinking and the design process.
Confident mastery of Figma. Understanding UX processes. Experience in creating scalable and user-centered interfaces.
Understanding development processes and interacting with the product team. Ability to argue design decisions based on logic, data and user needs. Systems thinking and attention to detail.
Personal qualities: Proactivity and involvement in the product. Focus not only on the visual, but also on the result for the user. High level of communication and team interaction.
Willingness to work at a fast pace and make quick decisions. Openness to feedback and desire to develop. Responsibility and good time management.
Will be an advantage: Experience working in product teams. Experience working with large design systems. Understanding the principles of accessibility (WCAG).
