Teaching Assistant Apprentice

Supporting students on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, and within the classroom. Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities. Helping to promote students’ educational, social and emotional development.

Building positive relationships with students, including those who may be disengaged from learning. Encouraging students to participate confidently in lessons and school activities. Providing additional support to students with special educational needs under the guidance of the SENCO and class teachers.

Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources. Promoting positive behaviour and helping to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment. Working closely with teaching staff and other colleagues to ensure students receive the best possible support.
