AI Developer (Mid/Senior)

Job Description Coder Trove is seeking an AI Developer to join immediately working on a FinTech application. Working closely with our team you will be given regular training and support, and work in a fun and friendly team environment. Your role: - Develop, optimize, and deploy AI modules for business process automation, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based systems. - Design and implement machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models to support LLM agents and related applications. - Create automation solutions tailored to invoice financing and other business needs, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless deployment and performance. - Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to prepare high-quality datasets for model training and evaluation. - Stay at the forefront of AI and ML advancements by exploring and experimenting with the latest technologies and methodologies. - Document project workflows, model architectures, and key development milestones for knowledge sharing and process transparency. - Collaborate with the Project Manager and team to fulfill additional project-related tasks as needed.

Your Skills and Experience - Having a degree in Computer Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field is helpful but not required. - 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development. - Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. - Proven ability to analyze business data models and manage training/fine-tuning processes. - Previous work with international teams and using English for communication; Nice to Have (But Not Required): - Hands-on experience with Python frameworks like FastAPI, LangChain, or LangGraph. - Experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) to support integration and deployment of AI solutions within web-based systems. - Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or other Large Language Model providers and their integration into business solutions. - Strong background in ML/DL frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and experience in deploying production-grade AI models. - Experience with Agile/Scrum; Why You'll Love Working Here - A 13-month salary bonus. - 13 days of paid leave and 10 days of sick leave. - WFH as needed. - High-quality health insurance and health check-ups. - Company trips. - Regular team events with office food delivered twice a week; extra drinks and snacks are always available. - Support for training and certifications to improve your skills. - A friendly management team, a flexible working environment, and opportunities for career growth.
