Work and build good, positive professional relationships with the children and support them Complete all set assignments on time Work well independently as well as in a team Build and maintain a strong partnership with parents Adhere to all company policies and procedures Follow the nursery’s robust Safeguarding procedures to ensure all children are kept safe, well and secure Assist with meeting the personal and emotional needs of individual children Attend out-of-working-hours activities, e.g. training, staff meetings, parents' evening, etc. To be flexible within the working practices of the nurseryBe prepared to help where needed, including undertaking certain domestic jobs within the nursery, such as cleaning resources and preparing snacks Plan activities alongside the staff team, ensuring each child is working towards their early learning outcomes
