As an Early Years Apprentice, you’ll be part of a supportive team, learning while making a positive impact on children’s lives. You’ll: • Dedicate 20% of your week to training, with the remainder spent gaining hands-on experience in a vibrant, nurturing environment.• Help create a warm, fun, and safe space where children thrive.• Engage children in play-based activities inspired by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.• Support children’s developmental milestones and keep parents informed with updates.• Assist with daily routines, maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and care.
