Requirements
: 1 - 4 years in IT support (ideally in MSP or multi-site)Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active DirectoryKnowledge of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)Hardware troubleshooting experienceMobile device support experience (MDM, iOS, Android)A full UK driving licenceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service skillsCuriosity and a hunger to learnConfidence in face-to-face client interactions Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for incoming tickets and requestsTroubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, and other hardwareProvide user support for Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Active DirectoryAddress basic networking, VPN, and Wi-Fi issuesEscalate complex cases clearly to 3rd Line support teamsVisit client sites for installation, configuration, and repair of kits (PCs, servers, switches, firewalls)Conduct infrastructure checks, cabling reviews, and environment auditsDeliver and set up new hardware for usersAssist with office moves, hardware refreshes, and mini-migrationsMonitor client systems and respond to alertsPerform routine patching, updates, and health checksValidate backups and assist with restoresCommunicate clearly with users at all levels without jargonManage your ticket queue and keep clients informedIdentify recurring issues and propose smarter solutions Technologies: Active DirectoryAndroidHardwareSupportMicrosoft 365MobileTCP/IPVPNWindowsiOSOffice 365React More: We are a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Liverpool, committed to delivering high-quality IT support.
