As an apprentice, you will begin by learning the fundamentals of recruitment and rotating around divisions according to business needs. Initial responsibilities will include: Marketing job opportunities to our database of graduates, apprentices, and other candidates Sourcing, screening, and selecting the best candidates using internal and external databases Conducting telephone interviews to qualify candidate suitability and pitch relevant roles Collaborating with consultants to match candidates with opportunities Building specialist knowledge about the market and sector trends
