We 10x’d our revenue in 2025.You can read more about the company mission & values here.Role DescriptionYou will own and manage our quote-to-cash cycle, finance operations, and accounting function with decision making authority on what should be in-housed, outsourced, and automated.

Your Responsibilities

will include:Own and manage the full quote-to-cash cycle includingQuote & contract structureManaging our invoicing system & generating invoicesCollections & cash applicationRevenue recognition & the closeWorking with engineers / data scientists to implement new invoicing models for usage-based pricing agreementsDrive automation of repetitive tasksUse AI finance solutions and leverage our technical staff to run a highly automated, lean finance functionSupport new system implementations and accounting tool integrationsManage finance operations, internal controls & compliance includingCash management across entities and currenciesIntercompany management: recharges, balances, funding flows and transfer pricing documentation with our advisorsTax and statutory complianceEnsure compliance with GAAP / IFRS, company policies, and regulatory

Requirements

Lead external audits and coordinate with auditors for timely completionProvide guidance on treatment for accounting issuesDraft and maintain accounting policies and memos for key transactionsOversee our accounting and reporting (managing management account and / or external service providers):Financial statement preparation in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS (for UK entity)Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesManaging on-going accounting activities including AP, AR, payroll accounting, and cash managementKeep Junior financing-ready and support fundraisingOpportunity to support in leading fundraising roundsOwn customer-facing financial diligenceOwn banking and credit facility relationshipsFP&A and business operationsCollaborate with FP&A, operations, and cross-functional leaders to provide analysis and insightsSupport budget vs. actual variance analysisAbout You8+ years of finance experience including high-growth SaaS startup; 2+ years of finance leadership experience:Holds accounting certification (e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or CPA)8+ years of combined experience including5+ years of experience at high growth SaaS startup(s)2+ years of experience managing complex quote-to-cash structuresbonus points for2+ years of experience as sole finance hire / head of financecareer start at top public accounting firmVersed in complex quote-to-cash structures: Junior uses highly bespoke usage-based pricing models with significant variation across customers and product lines - you will need to be versed in handling complex usage based pricing / quote-to-cash structuresAn owner: able to design / implement accounting processes for the ground-upProficient in US GAAP, familiarity with IFRS and/or UK GAAPFlexible in approach - willing / able to be flexible and build an accounting system that fits to our businessAI-native: daily user of LLMs such as Claude and familiar with AI finance toolsWhy JuniorTop 1% traction: 0-25+ m rev in 3 years, fully bootstrapped / profitable, top-tier customers inc. some of MBB, Big 4, Top 5 PE mega-fundsFlat org structure: lean startup environment with ≤1 manager between each role and the c-suiteCompetitive salary + equity and first-class
