As a Media Analyst, you are the heart of our operation, the person who turns strategy into reality within platforms. You are the hands-on specialist who ensures the flawless execution of our campaigns, connecting data to daily actions and driving results for our clients.

Responsibilities and duties Campaign Execution & Optimization - Manage the complete lifecycle of campaigns on the main media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), from configuration and structuring to daily optimization. - Implement best market practices in segmentations, bidding strategies, creative formats and conversion settings. - Ensure accurate execution of tactical planning, managing the pace of investment (pacing) to ensure budget delivery and maximize results. - Propose and execute A/B tests and experiments based on clear hypotheses, constantly seeking to improve performance. Analytics & Performance - Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs daily, translating raw data into actionable insights for optimizations. - Develop and maintain clear and objective performance reports, communicating results and learnings to the internal team and, when necessary, to the client. - Provide initial technical support for customer queries, resolving basic platform issues and ensuring data accuracy. - Keep team leadership informed about the progress of campaigns, results projections and optimization actions carried out.
Collaboration & Development - Actively collaborate with other team members to ensure the delivery of cohesive, high-quality work. - Act as a point of support and reference for more junior analysts (associates), sharing knowledge and good practices. - Proactively seek knowledge and learning opportunities from other teams, participating in training and feedback sessions to accelerate your professional development. - Participate in selection processes for internship positions, helping to identify and bring new talents to the team.
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to accurately operate the main digital media platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), applying best configuration practices. - Analytical Reasoning: Ability to analyze campaign data to identify basic trends, extract learnings and base optimizations on evidence. - Curiosity and Proactivity: A genuine desire to learn, seek knowledge autonomously and suggest tests and improvements based on observations. - Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain control over the pace of campaign investment. - Collaborative Communication: Ability to communicate comprehensively and objectively with the internal team, sharing status, learning and asking for help when necessary.
