About the Role
:The Manager, Insurance Product Innovation & Emerging Solutions supports the development and advancement of insurance lifestyle product concepts. These concepts include lifestyle-based offerings, multicultural, and condition-specific products, to mention a few.You will operate as a hands-on innovation product manager, translating strategy into testable concepts, supporting pilot development, and coordinating efforts to bring new solutions from idea to scalable opportunity.You will report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development.Work Location: This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia.
Note, this list of states is subject to change. Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $135,792 - $178,227 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is:: $122,212- $160,404 per year.

, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.Responsibilities:Product Innovation & Concept DevelopmentPromote development of new insurance product concepts and health solutions (e.g., lifestyle-based, multicultural, condition-specific health plans)Translate strategy into early-stage designs, value propositions, and use casesIdentify opportunities based on member needs, health disparities, and market trends to differentiate and winLifestyle, Multicultural, & Population Health SolutionsContribute to development of culturally-aligned and population-specific offeringsSupport design of condition-focused solutions (e.g., chronic condition or disease-specific concepts)Help shape offerings that improve engagement, outcomes, and provider/member experienceMarket & Opportunity AnalysisAnalyze market, competitive, and member analysis to inform innovation prioritiesSupport opportunity sizing and business case inputs for new conceptsCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with product design, clinical, network, actuarial, corporate strategy, and growth teamsCoordinate inputs and timelines to move concepts from brainstorming to pilot and launchSupport documentation, decision-making, and partner agreement effortsPilot Execution & LearningSupport execution of pilots and early-stage programsTrack performance, gather insights, and summarize insightsRecommend whether to refine, pivot, or discontinue product conceptsLead different teams to develop

Requirements
:Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, product management (ACA or Small Group), or corporate strategyExperience supporting product development, consumer journey mapping, improvement plans, or pilot programsWillingness to travel up to 25% of the time.Bonus points:Experience with health insurance product development, population health, or member engagement solutionsFamiliarity with multicultural or underserved population strategiesExposure to condition-based or clinically oriented product modelsExperience in early-stage product development or experimentationThis is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.
