Qualifications

Must-Have Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing operations. Fluent in CRM tools like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, project trackers like Asana or Linear, and support tools like Zendesk or Intercom. Clear written reasoning skills.

Preferred Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies. Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
