About this role
Bring your energy to Aggreko as an Employee Relations Advisor, based in the UK. You will play a key role in delivering expert employee relations support across the organisation, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant people practices while strengthening manager capability and driving continuous improvement in ER outcomes.Contract type: 6-month fixed term contractPower without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do as an Employee Relations Advisor:Manage complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and investigationsProvide expert ER and employment law advice to managers and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with UK and Irish employment law and company policiesSupport organisational change initiatives, including restructuresWork closely with line managers, HR Business Partners, and the wider People team to build capability in handling employee issuesMaintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure a consistent and proactive approachSupport the development, review, and implementation of HR policiesUse insight from casework to proactively address recurring issues and improve ways of workingWhat you'll bring:Proven experience in Employee Relations within the UK and IrelandStrong working knowledge of UK employment lawKnowledge of Irish employment law would be beneficialExperience handling complex ER cases and investigationsStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsExperience supporting organisational change, including restructuresWhy Join Aggreko?Competitive salary and
