This is an junior-level engineering role for candidates who build AI and agentic systems, both to improve how we operate internally and to support the development of AI-powered offerings we deliver to clients.
You will support senior engineers and practice leads, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of agentic workflows and AI tooling. This role spans internal automation, client-adjacent solution development, cross-team enablement, and ongoing experimentation with emerging AI technologies.Roles and Responsibilities:Contribute to the authoring and deployment of agentic harnesses within existing agentic platformsAssist in prototyping and iterating on agentic harnesses and LLM-integrated workflowsDefine and implement benchmarks to evaluate the performance, reliability, and accuracy of agentic pipelines and workflows, supporting continuous improvement and quality assuranceResearch and evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and platforms, and surface relevant findings to the teamSupport the identification and development of AI-powered automations that improve efficiency across service delivery, operations, and sales functionsParticipate in workflow assessments to understand current-state processes and identify opportunities for agentic automationContribute to internal tools, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows in active use across the Northeast regionServe as a hands-on resource for regional teams, building their capability to independently operate and maintain agentic harnessesOther duties as assignedRequired Experience:High school diploma and 1 year of relevant experienceWorking knowledge of Python and the ability to author, configure, and iterate on agentic harnesses within existing agentic platformsFoundational understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, and API-based AI integrationAbility to read, write, and debug code independently at a junior levelDemonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesDemonstrated engagement with agentic AI systems and automation through coursework, projects, or self-directed learningPreferred Experience:Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), particularly AI/ML servicesExperience with tools such as vector databases, orchestration layers, or workflow automation platformsFamiliarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns or tool-use/function-calling with LLMsExperience designing or applying evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for AI systemsExperience facilitating training, workshops, or technical enablement sessions for mixed audiencesBackground or coursework in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience working in a professional services or consulting environmentTravel
