About the Role
:The Director, Insurance Product Filing & Lifecycle Management leads execution across the ACA individual and small group QHP product lifecycle. You will oversee product-related regulatory filing delivery, quality assurance, and operational governance over the annual process calendar.You will translate strategy into accurate and compliant outputs across the product lifecycle. You will lead teams responsible for product execution and QA, serving as the central hub between Product, Technology, SIO, Actuarial, Operations, and External Vendors.You bring structure, discipline, and scalability to complex, multi-market filing and product implementation processes.You will report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development.Work Location: This is a remote / work-from-home role.
You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $180,504- $236,911 per year.

Requirements
: 10+ years of experience in insurance product (IFP and Small Group) execution, regulatory filings, and related roles5+ years experience managing people5+ years hands-on experience with health insurance regulatory filing processes, specifically ACA and state specific regulatory filings / environments4+ years of proven experience leading complex QA and production workflows4+ years experience of understanding of controls, documentation standards and version management3+ years of experience operating in close partnership with senior leaders, supporting execution through planning, prioritization, and operating rhythm3+ years project management experience, managing complex partner calendars, forums, and meeting rhythms to ensure critical work progresses3+ years of experience managing third-party vendorsWillingness to travel up to 25% of the time.Bonus points:Bachelor's degree or higher in business, healthcare or quantitative degreeExperience with product development process, focused on individual and family plansExperience supporting senior leaders through agenda setting, meeting preparation, and important decisionsThis is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.
